The free spirit.

My inspiration today comes from the glorious feeling of having a free spirit.  A free spirit may have different definitions for different people. To me, a free spirit can be simple...someone who is not afraid to be herself, someone who can ride with the windows down and not give a hoot if her hair gets messed up, one who can laugh at things that others may not find funny, sing a song just to amuse oneself, not being afraid to try something new or go someplace you've never been before...I could go on and on, but you understand how I feel.  Some days these words define me...some days they don't.  It's easy to get caught up in this life that we live and not allow our spirit to be free.  Nevertheless, I always wake up in the morning with a goal to indulge in the positive things in my life and not worry about the negative ones.  If we would just take the time to look around and appreciate the beautiful, simple things in life, I think everyone would be much happier and get along much better. Today a friend showed me a picture on his phone of the beautiful crystal clear waters in Destin, FL...that is something that none of us took time working on, it's just this magnificent piece of the world that God created for us to enjoy...or the beautiful flowers that bloom in spring, the array of colors that the leaves turn right before they die...a picture of a new born baby...the sight of happily married newly weds ready to embark on the journey of life together...I can gladly say that I've seen all these things in the past week, minus the leaves.   I realize that all the things I'm writing about today, we've all heard before, but I think we're not reminded of the nearly enough.

This brings me to the interior I came across today that suddenly sparked the emotions I've delved into above.

This room feels so rustic and relaxing to me. I could just snuggle up on that bed and let my mind sore. I think the thing I love most is the tree in the corner...the branches are bare and fresh. The circle light feels like the moon is sitting in the trees, in the room, with you! The walls are so nature filled as well.  I don't know about you, but I could definitely live in this room.  What do you think?

Farewell readers.
